Remove (deactivate) a saved card stored on a Breeze customer (cus_*). The card is soft-deleted: it stops appearing in the customer's saved payment methods and can no longer be re-submitted as a SAVED_CARD payment method on POST /v1/gateway/payments. Removing an already-removed card succeeds without side effects.
