The Reports page (dashboard → Reports) is where you download statement files for your account. Reports are generated per period — you choose a report type, a frequency, and an optional date range, then download each period's file.

Report types

IC++ vs legacy Pay-In reports

Which pay-in report you see depends on your pricing:

• On interchange++ (IC++) pricing, the Reports page shows IC++ Pay-In and IC++ Balance Report, and the plain Pay-In report is relabeled Pay-In (Legacy). IC++ Pay-In is selected by default.
• On blended pricing, the IC++ reports are hidden and Pay-In is the default.

IC++ reports appear once your account is on interchange++ pricing and its effective date has passed. If you expect IC++ reports but only see the legacy Pay-In report, your account is not yet on IC++ pricing — contact your account manager.

Note: The itemized interchange and scheme-fee breakdown is contained in the downloaded statement file, not shown on the page itself. Interchange and scheme fees can take up to ~2 days to settle, so a recently shown pay-in balance may be overstated until those fees post.

Choosing a period

• Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (default: Weekly). Each generated period becomes one downloadable file.
• Date range: Optional, with presets for the last 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months. Your selections are reflected in the page URL, so a filtered view can be bookmarked or shared.

Downloading a statement

Each period is listed as a row showing its date range and a Download action:

• Rows with activity expose a Download button that opens the generated statement file.
• Periods with no activity are muted and show "No data found for this date range."
